The Oneness Blessing

'Deeksha' is based on an ancient principle that says, 'Anything could be transferred, be they states of consciousness, wisdom or energy'. In the Vedic lineage there is a story of a master who enraged at his disciple demanded that he return the wisdom imparted to him. The obedient disciple coughs out a 'golden ball of insights' bestowed by the master. The 'Pentecost' phenomenon where the apostles laid their hands and people had a plethora of experiences also testifies the principle of transfer. In many eastern traditions 'Mantras' were used by the masters to transfer spiritual experiences and wisdom.

It is 'God' or 'The Divine', now punching a hole on the wall for man to cross over.

Deekshas by themselves have varied forms; The transfer by touch ( Sparsha Deeksha), transfer through eyes ( Nayana Deeksha), transfer through an intent (Smarana Deeksha), etc. Based on the evolution of the individual (giver and the receiver) the mode of deeksha undergoes a change. Deeksha thus given affects a neuro-biological change. There are 16 centres in the brain responsible for definitive experiences like sensory perception, emotions of jealousy, hatred, fear, compassion, love, joy, separation, connectedness, creativity, learning, etc. deeksha results in the activation of certain centres and the de-activation of certain centres bringing about a shift in the perception and experience of life. The process finally lands the seeker in a permanent, incredible state of consciousness.

Meditation

Meditation is a holistic discipline by which the practitioner attempts to get beyond the reflexive, "thinking" mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation has been defined as: "self regulation of attention, in the service of self-inquiry, in the here and now." The various techniques of meditation can be classified according to their focus. Some focus on the field or background, there are techniques that shift between the field and the object. Meditation has many benefits such as lowering blood pressure, stimulating the body's immune system and promoting stress release. During the meditation period we use guided visualization, deep breathing, focusing on a word or sound, and being mindful of our thoughts.

At its core, meditation is about touching the spiritual essence that exists within us all.

We usually have a discussion period before and after the meditation.

Esoteric Healing

In Quantum Physics, we find the concept of energy getting to be. However we all have learned this formula in school, E=MC and thanks to Albert Einstein scientifically the relationship between the mass and the energy becomes evident. What about time and space, are they absolute? Once we learn that mass is nothing but a form of Energy. We are almost there. Everything is a form of Energy, objects that appear to be stationary are actually moving at the cellular level. Plants, water, chairs, air and people are all made up of energy. This means that Energy can exist as either solid matter or as non-solid matter, such as light, microwaves, radio wave and cell phones signals are all forms of pure non-solid Energy. When we speak, our voice saying words has released sound waves of Energy causing ripples in the air around us. When we think, our brains release wavelengths of Energy into the Universe. All we need to remember is “like attracts Like”.

Energy healing deals with the improving the energetic field (life force within) dominated by thoughts (conscious, unconscious and extraneous), and emotional reactions to life and life situations.

During the Energy Healing period we focus on the life force which is inside and outside of every human being. True communication with this life force and thus healing are possible only through attunement with the Self, with others, and with the Universal Energies. Once again all we need to remember is “like attracts Like”.

When you join our Spiritual Cinema night you will be making an important contribution to your world. By joining the Circle, you will bring inspiring and enlightening entertainment into your own life while positively influencing the lives of others.

Most people enjoy talking about the films they watch, it's a natural thing to do, we learn more by discussing with others. Each movie contain ideas, stories, and values about life, love, God, humans, science, and a myriad of other issues. Through discussion with others we learn more and perhaps get a different perspective.

Every generation and every culture tells stories that embody their deepest convictions, hopes, and fears, and the stories of the postmodern generation are found in movies. Leading a film discussion is a perfect way to talk naturally about the things that matter most.

Besides, the better a film is, the more discussion-worthy it is.

Sufi Study Group

This study group is under the auspices of The Threshold Society (Sufism.org), which is affiliated with the Mevlevi Order. The Mevlevi Tradition traces back to Mevlâna Jalâluddîn Rumi (d. 1273) one of the greatest mystics and poets the world has ever known. Historically it has been Rumi, more than any other Sufi, who has issued the invitation to people of all backgrounds to the mystical garden that is Sufism:

"Come, come, whoever you are.
Wanderer, worshipper, lover of leaving,
come even though you have broken your vows a thousand times,
Come, and come yet again.
Ours is not a caravan of despair."

We welcome people of all faiths and cultural backgrounds as we seek to apply the essential principles of spiritual development. In Sufism we inevitably move to transcend much of the conditioning of our culture and religion, but we use certain traditional forms as a way of practice. Our weekly meetings are intended to provide a structure for practice and study rooted in the traditions of Sufism.

Anyone who is interested in deepening their spiritual relationship with the Divine is welcome to be our guest and join us for our meetings. Please email us at info@infinityhealingcenter.org if you wish to attend our meetings.

Ancestral Energy cleansing and expansion

Are you aware of your ancestral influence in your life? Are you aware that your habits including the status of your health are partially the result of your doing and partly related to your genetic make up? Do you want to transform your current state? Have you been meditating for many years, yet find yourself at the same point? Are your emotions and/or thoughts taking you over?

Learn the effects and influences of our genetic as well as energetic ancestry. Many challenges that we face in our lives without our knowing are passed down from one generation to the next. We call them the “make up” of the person. This make up may influence us positively or negatively. Some of these are energies that we attract because of our physical and energetic lineage and some is what we invite through our thoughts, words, actions or simple automatic re-actions to the present moment.

These classes are targeted to address these and many more issues. In these classes, we work with Divine healing energy to transform these ancestral influences as well as Karmic energies. It is not merely releasing but transforming them. The transformation not only helps us but also our ancestors.

This seminar is 7 sessions, limited to 10 persons

In every session, in addition to lectures, the participants will undergo an energetic release and cleansing from these energetic influences. You would need to attend every class so the information and energy work can accumulate naturally and facilitate gradual growth.

What is Cranio-Sacral Therapy?

Cranio-Sacral Therapy is the fine art of palpating and manipulating the pulse of the dura mater. This pulse is created by the pumping action of cerebral spinal fluid as it enters and exits the structures of the cranio-sacral system. The bones of this unique physiological system consist of the eight (8) bones of the head, the tail-bone assembly (the sacrococcygeal complex), the face, and indirectly the twenty four (24) vertebrae of the back. The dura mater is located directly under and inside the cranium, the sacrum and the vertebrae. The dura is the third meningeal layer and the container of cerebral spinal fluid. The quality of the movement of the dura determines the tonality of the nervous system. One strives to bring the tonality to a balanced position, bi-laterally symmetrical, free and loose and able to move with great ease and fluidity. This fluidity of movement is reflected in the resilience of the nervous system/body-mind, and its capacity to deal appropriately with stresses of daily living. An important goal of the therapy is to bring the set point of the autonomic nervous system to one which is most appropriate to the demands being placed on it in the present moment.

This class is highly suggested for parents with small children.

If you are current practitioner in this field and want to deepen your understanding of this work please send us an e-mail. We are in the processes of forming a training class just for practitioners in this field.

Samadhi

Samadhi or “unbroken intention” is a very ancient practice which allows for the state of “stillness.” Raj is a uniquely gifted individual who will guide and teach participants how to achieve and maintain this intention and stillness within. Those who are looking to bring peace into their lives as well as those on their own spiritual paths are especially encouraged to attend. Raj describes his work using the acronym FLOW: food, love, oxygen, water. He believes that attending to the cellular dimension of these four elements can lead to profound systematic healing. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring blankets and pillows to enhance your meditation posture. Raj will help you with the rest!

What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a form of approach that relies on the inherent capacity of an organism to heal itself. This is a very unique system of therapy. The homeopathic approach differs from other systems which act by such mechanism as suppressing bodily responses or external disease agents (allopathic medicine), by replacing substances that the body fails to produce (replacement therapy, e.g., hormones, insulin), or by use of attenuated doses of disease producing agents to sensitize or desensitize the immune system (immunization or allergy desensitization). The homeopathic prescription (medicine) provides the information the organism needs to bring about a healthier state of function using the minimum dose necessary.

If you have questions similar to the ones listed below or if you don’t know anything about homeopathy, by attending this class you have a chance to learn about this modality.

1. What are homeopathic remedies?
2. Are homeopathic remedies considered prescription medicines?
3. What should I be aware of when taking homeopathic medication?
4. What is "aggravation"?
5. Are homeopathic remedies poisonous if accidentally consumed by a child?
6. Can someone else take my remedy if they have a similar condition?
7. How careful do I have to be in storing my remedies near electrical outlets and TV's?
8. When and how should I take my remedies?
9. May I drink coffee, regular or herbal teas while taking homeopathic medicines?
10. Is it safe to treat children and babies with homeopathy?.
11. May I take vitamins and mineral supplements while taking homeopathic medicines?

What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a component of the health care system of China that can be traced back for at least 2,500 years. The general theory of acupuncture is based on the premise that there are patterns of energy flow (Qi) through the body that are essential for health. Disruptions of this flow are believed to be responsible for disease. Acupuncture may correct imbalances of flow at identifiable points close to the skin.

Acupuncture employs very thin, solid, stainless steel, disposable needles with smooth points, not cutting-edge hypodermic needles. Most patients feel minimal pain when the needles are inserted, but none once they are in place. Patients commonly feel a dull, achy, pressure sensation, referred to as "De Qi." This sensation, known as "obtaining of the Qi," usually resolves after the treatment.

If you have questions similar to the ones listed below or if you don’t know anything about homeopathy, by attending this class you could learn about this modality.

1. What is the efficacy of acupuncture?
2. What is the place of acupuncture in the treatment of various conditions?
3. What is known about the biological effects of acupuncture that helps us understand how it works?
4. How Many Treatments Are Required?
5. What is known about the physiological effects of acupuncture?
6. Does acupuncture work on conditions such as Fertility, Insomnia, Gastritis, Fibromyalgia, Blood Pressure, Chronic Migraine, Depression, Allergies, Morning Sickness, Asthma, Arthritis and many more?

What is Oxidation and HOW you could benefit from it?

Degenerative health conditions are manifesting in a variety of ways. This is the major health challenge facing us as we age. While conventional therapeutics focus on specific diseases and the control of symptoms, little attention is paid to the basic functionality of the physiology. The body has the capacity to heal itself, if given a chance to do so. In order to heal, we must attend to three basic functions: Cleansing, Rebuilding, and Balancing; i.e. catabolism, anabolism, and homeostasis. These three basic functions involve the internal functioning of the cell. In order for the cell to function it must create energy. Normally, 90% of the cell’s energy (ATP) is created by a process called oxidative phosphorylation, which involves oxygen. The remaining 10% of the energy (ATP) is created by the process called substrate phosphorylation, which is the breaking down of the sugars. As long as ATP production occurs primarily through the oxidative process, the cell functions efficiently. When, however, a cell does not have enough oxygen, the result is an excess of substrate phosphorylation. This is a very inefficient way of making ATP, and it will eventually harm the very structure of the cell by mutating it. Further, as long as ATP production occurs primarily through the oxidative process, there is an appropriate anti-oxidative response. On the other hand, when substrate phosphorylation is the dominant source of energy, vital anti-oxidative production is retarded. Proper ATP production is essential. We are speaking of the respiratory process of the cell. This is called bio-oxidation. Bio-oxidation takes place at the atomic and sub-atomic levels. Oxidation stimulates an anti-oxidation response at the atomic as well as molecular level. Oxidation/ anti-oxidation are the two poles of the cell’s homeostatic dance We offer the Aerobic Spa as a means by which we can attend to our bio-oxidative needs and to our aerobic conditioning. Exercise, as we know, is essential for our health and well-being. Yet we also know we don’t get enough of it for a variety of reasons. The Aerobic Spa is a passive exercise device, intended to mimic the effects of a vigorous aerobic workout. It certainly does so, with the added benefit of the sweating detoxification. Exercise and detox all in one process!

Come and learn more about Bio-Oxidation! Bring your questions and visit The Aerobic Spa at work.
